About the role

We're looking for someone to help manage and grow the communities of both Good Trouble and our games.

This is a full-time senior position that will focus on driving revenue, building partnerships, and executing growth initiatives across our small team.

Summary

As our Growth Lead, you'll be responsible for growing strong connections between the gaming community and the Good Trouble team. You’ll work closely with Studio leadership to iterate and refine our Growth Strategy, and you’ll highlight opportunities for partnerships between the studio and 3rd parties.

Responsibilities

• You'll manage and execute our Growth Strategy to grow awareness and traffic, improve conversion, and work with the development team for collaborations.
• You'll help develop our overall Growth Strategy.
• You'll create informed KPIs to track growth and sustainability at a high-level.
• You'll evolve how we measure success as an ongoing effort.
• You’ll develop, research, and pursue partnership opportunities for the Studio’s growth.
• You’ll work closely with the development team to ensure in-development games have a growth-centric launch plan.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in growth and/or marketing.
• Great communication skills, empathy, and the ability to synthesize information.
• Experience at a video game studio or publisher is a big plus.
• A sincere love for games is definitely needed.
